Founded in 1990, the company was established to promote equity, diversity, and inclusion within the advertising industry, working closely with major Canadian banks to support more representative campaigns.

The design concept draws from nature as a source of renewal and inspiration. Guided by the idea that “color is nature’s expression,” the project brings the outside in through natural materials, organic textures, and a balanced color palette.

The space is designed to reduce stress for employees working long hours while encouraging creativity and collaboration. By integrating biophilic elements and calming spatial strategies, the office becomes not just a workplace, but a restorative and inspiring environment.
